Norddeutsche HiFi Tage - Hamburg

2017_02_04-Logo+Skyline-450

Hamburg and the Norddeutsche HiFi Tage are always worth a trip. Probably I've already mentioned: Hamburg is one of the cities where I could think about a good living. Better than a lot others.
Well, I'll not mention about the music and the higher and higher quality of the show. It is worth visiting, but believe me, You will need the whole time to be sure to find (and then enjoy) the rooms worth Your time: there are really a lot.
We played:
- The Pick Up - Einstein Cartridge
- The Tonarm - Einstein Tonarm
- Air Force 3 - Tech Das Turntable
- The Phono Preamp - Einstein Phono Preamp
- The Tune - Einstein Integrated Power Amp
- Tempesta 20 - Loudspeakers Blumenhofer
- The Power Harmonizer - Cammino power filter
- Reference series Cables - from Cammino

It is a big system, but if You consider the main parts, Loudspeakers and power amp, it is still in a reasonable price range.
As usual, blues, blues, rock, a small bit of classics, blues and then country, country blues, electro rock, country rock, blues rock, folk (but not too much) and then baroque, and orchestras…
Good music, good sound, really enjoyable for even longer than the 2 days of the show.

The organizer (Ivonne) put a basket of prizes together and we offered a set of Mini loudspeakers (here the news), they were the most valuable price of the event. These pair of Minis have been won by Ingo B**h. I hope he will enjoy them as well as I'm enjoying mine here in my home.
If You are curious about some pictures, please here You can find them.
We are curious about the 2018 edition ;-)

Il Galà di Spinelli - Milano

2016_12_03-Gala-Spinelli-Rid

After the big success of the Gran Galà dell'Alta Fedeltà in Milano, Spinelli, our local dealer, invited his customers to listen to the system of the show.
The setups were 3 and the loudspeakers playing were 4. All Cammino Cabling, all Octave amplification. Really amazing systems, all really enjoyable.
We spent the day talking with people and listening to music. That was good… meanwhile, our children were amazingly playing: everyone had his fun!!
If You are curious about the setup, You can get the information from the pictures here

Mitteldeutsche HiFi Tage

2016_11_20-Mitteldeutsche_HiFi-Tage

Armin Kern, our sales representative in the northern part of Germany, presented nearly our complete product portfolio at the Mitteldeutsche HiFi Tage in Leipzig.
He just told me that the success was amazing and that there will be some follow up in the near future.

Matthias' statement:

Here You can see the few pictures I received.

At the ITIS in Trieste, a house of services to the elderly people, in cooperation with CAMST, one of the leading Italian catering companies, and with Tafos, we organized an event to entertain the guests of the ITIS.
It was a bit of embarrassing at the beginning, but then seeing the people sing and enjoy and get lost on the music was really touchy for me and for the other organizers. Once more, we enjoyed the magic and the effects that music listening can give to the people.

The setup was not the top of the tops, but it was sufficient to give to the audience some moments of memories.
- Tempesta 20
- Trafomatic EOS integrated amp
- Classé CD Player
- Cammino cabling and power treatment

The music played was:

Edith Lienbacher - Soprano
Herbert Lippert - Tenor

Bruckner Orchester Linz
Peter Guth - Conductor

Composers: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791)
Franz Schubert (1797-1828)
Johann Strauss Sr. (1804-1849)
Johann Strauss Jr. (1825-1899)
Franz Lehar (1870-1948)
Emmerich Kalman (1882-1953)

1. Unter Donner und Blitz (Polka schnell)
2. Das eine kann ich nicht verzeih'n (Wiener Blut)
3. Radetzky-Marsch
4. Sei mir gegruesst du holdes Venetia (Eine Nacht in Venedig)
5. Deh vieni non tardar (Le nozze di Figaro)
6. Dies Bildnis ist bezaubernd schoen (Die Zauberfloete)
7. Vilja Lied (Die Lustige Witwe)
8. Overture (Die Fledermaus)
9. Lippen Schweigen (Die lustige Witwe)
10. Entr'acte Musik No. 2 (Rosamunde)
11. Licht senkt es sich vom Himmel (Das Dreimaederlhaus)
12. Mein Herr Marquis (Die Fledermaus)
13. Dein ist mein ganzes Herz (Das Land des Laechelns)
14. An der schoenen blauen Donau
15. Tanzen moecht' ich (Die Cardasfuerstin)

Production:
Produced by David Chesky
Recorded by Miguel Kertsman
Edited and mastered by Miguel Kertsman and Harald Huber

Well… do I need to say more? Have a look at the pictures (here) and try to understand the feeling arising during the 'performance'.

At the end we all could enjoy a slice of Sacher Torte and an hot chocolate.

Analog Audio Forum in Krefeld

Logo-AAA

We participated to the Analog Audio Association Forum in Krefeld (Germany) with our Tempesta 20, presented by Thomas H. Diehl producer of the Holz-Akustik racks.
Here You can find more information about the show, and here You can download the official flyer.

Thomas H. Diehl was really surprised about the quality of the presentation. And this is his comment about the show (in German):

die Messe ist vorbei + die Resonanz im analog-Forum ist bzgl. Blumenhofer (in der Kombi mit ASR Emitter I) durchweg gut. War auch so die durchgehende Meinung während der Messe: Die Kombi spielte unter den Top 5 in Krefeld.
==> Hätte ich so im Vorfeld nicht erwartet. Aber Blumenhofer und Emitter I in der aktuellen Version 2016 können tatsächlich sehr gut miteinander.

Here You can see some more pictures from the setup.

Beijing - China - international HiFi Exhibition

One of our dealers, bound to Mr. Yang from Guangzhou,

2015_09_18-Bejing-HiFi-Show

At the Beijing HiFi show played our Tempesta 20 connected to an Ottavio EL 48 power amplifier. I've heard this combination somewhere else and was really extraordinary!

This is the comment of Mr. Bill. Our friend and producer of Ottavio:

This show our equiment combination is;

Norddeutsche HiFi Tage 2015

Like last year at the Norddeutsche HiFi Tage we have been in room 1615 (and we already booked it for 2016).
Like in the last years, it was real fireworks!!!

But this time… it left me breathlessssssss.
Just some small hints of the setup:
-
TechDAS Air Force Two worldclass turntable, developed by former Japanese Micro Seiki: his lifetime project
-
Einstein Audio The Little Big Phono phonopreamp
-
Einstein Audio The Pickup cartridge
-
Einstein Audio The Tune integrated amplifier including phono MM and Dac
-
Cammino Power Harmonizer H3.1 - passive state of the art power conditioner (Blue Moon Award)
-
Einstein Audio cables and Cammino power cords
-
Symposium Acoustics rack, and overall decoupler and isolation and support elements

At the first moment the whole system blowed me out of my socks!
The first impression was of a great maturity and understandability of what was coming out of the speakers: it was simply real!
Then slowly the feeling came of how was set up the system. A relatively simple setup with a grown world-class turntable.

Needles to say that we just played analog and have not been shy with the volume.
Needles to say that we all enjoyed the whole happening.

Here You can read the blog post of Walter Kircher, who supported us excellently during the whole days
Here You can view our picture slideshow

And in this picture, left Mr. Borchert and right his daughter: the two people behind the whole organization of the show. A big thank You to the both of them for making this possible!!

"Real High Efficiency" event in Calco near Lecco, Italy

2014_06_28-AF-Merate

On the 28th of June Alta Fedeltà in Calco, near Lecco hosted a very nice event with Blumenhofer.
Here You can read something more about the event. It is written on Italian.
Which Loudspeakers? A Fun 10, a Tempesta 20 and a Genuin FS 2 connected to Octave power amplification.

The Sala Grande room had:

  • whole cabling from Cammino-HP
  • Power harmonization from Cammino as well

The Sala Nuova room presented:

Needles to say that most people spent most of the time in the Sala Grande.
Well, we hat lots of questions and lot of information share, lot of talks and, in between, I had the chance to sit down and enjoy some music: my impression was that there was no system, that everything disappeared and the music came like a wall with a refinement and a description precise like a diamond cut. It had the presence and the richness of a complete symphonic orchestra. Wow a seldom experience!
Here some pictures of the event.

p.s.: during the event we agreed with Angelo Jasparro for a review of the Genuin FS 2 on his online magazine, Audio-activity

Review of the Tempesta 20 on Fairaudio.de

2014_06_18-fairaudio

This time was Martin Mertens who wrote the review of the Tempesta 20. It has come out today on Fairaudio.de.
I've never known Martin personally. So when the Fairaudio told me that he would have performed the listening session and written the review I was surprised.
If they trust him, I shall as well :-)
...and they were right!

Here You can read it, on German.
The reviewer writes that the Tempesta 20...:
- ...belong to that kind of loudspeakers made for listening for Music
- ...focus the happening where it actually plays
- ...its bass comes to the point, fast, sharp and agile
- ...it scratches in combination with a tube amplifier to the Nirvana of High End
Well, who would want more?
